Russian Art Festival – From Sunday August 23 until Thursday August 27

– Saturday August, 22 – 9:00pm: The Orthodox Choirs of the Seminar in St. Petersburg and the prize-winners of the Cannes Conservatory.
The artists who will be the stars of tomorrow appraise the “shiver” of a prestigious scene and meeting with the public, while enriching their creative universe according to their collaborations and exchanges with young talents from Cannes.

– Sunday August 23 – 8:30pm : L’Ensemble National of Dance “ALAN” of Ossetia from North-Alania
Created in 1938, the Ensemble National “Alan”
triumphs today through Russia and on stages around the whole world with its breathtaking production and the virtuosity of its artists. It offers us a rich repertoire which excels at presenting the folklore of Ossetia but also of the neighboring republics of the Caucasus reflecting the traditions and customs of an eternal and multinational Russia.

– During the entire festival: exhibition of painting ” the arabesques of the Côte d’Azur 2015″ works of young Russian painters and students of the largest schools of fine arts in Russia. This second session of the PikNic Electronik, Cannes welcomes with the solar and darkened tones of John Talabot from Barcelona (supported by the group XX), the Cannes Modsleep, accustomed to the most festive electro appointments, and Malcolm, founder of the Global Warming and resident Panda events label.

Monday August, 24: Be sure not to miss the last fireworks display that gives France the honor of the closing of the Pyrotechnic Art Festival
Don’t be surprised if you discover a line of military vehicles on Monday August, 24 as Cannes commemorates the anniversary of the Liberation of  Cannes throughout the city.
