The imagination has no limits including in the world of coffee! Here is my small selection of great places to enjoy a classic or crazy coffee!

Pause-café rue Hoche

It is the pedestrian street of restaurants, coffee shops and boutiques. That is where we find the young and trendy customers of Cannes. From the small morning coffee until late in the evening, the street is animated and offers a varied choice of small bistros, restaurants, wine bars…

A Casa di Nonna, we can admire the cup of coffee before tasting it, in an “at home atmosphere”. Liven up with home-made cakes; here the coffee break is a real pleasure. 41 rue Hoche – +33 (0) 4 97 06 33 51 – Open from 8:30 am to 7:30 pm.

On the opposite side of the street there is Volupté Anytime, the tea lounge which has launched the rue Hoche. Originally a retailer of high quality range of teas, it has since become a favorite place for coffee breaks between friends during a hard day of shopping. Volupté Anytime is open Monday to Saturday from 9:00 am to 7:30 pm – 32 rue Hoche – +33(0)4 93 39 60 32

The coolness of the morning invites you to do a tour towards the Forville Market. At the market and all around you can smell the fragrance of the herbs of Provence. The market farmers with a southern accent are praising the virtues of their regional products. There are many traditional pubs where producers take their coffee break.
La Cannoise des Cafés et des Thés created in 1988 is authentic and friendly and offers the possibility of tasting a selection of excellent coffees and teas on the spot. A bit hidden, in a quiet place, accessible only by the pedestrians, it is an invitation to relaxation. T:+33 (0)4 92 98 82 25 – 17 place du Marché Forville.

Along the 3 km of the Croisette, we stroll in front of the famous shops of haute-couture (Chanel, Dior, Yves Saint-Laurent…) and luxury ready to wear (Armani, Céline…) the prestigious jewellers such as Cartier, Chopard, Fred and luxury leather shops as Hermes, Fendi, Gucci, Vuitton… This luxurious stroll is punctuated with restaurants and cafés for a pause with a view on the animated Croisette.
Armani Caffè -42-43 Boulevard de la Croisette, 06400 Cannes – Open from 8:30 am till 9 :00 pm – T:+33 (0) 4 93 99 44 05
Le Voilier
61 Boulevard de la Croisette – T: +33 (0) 4 93 94 26 82 – levoilier.fr-Open from noon to 1:00 am
Now an inescapable place in Cannes, Le Voilier is located in the heart of the Croisette, at the foot of the Carlton Hotel with a breathtaking view on the sea and the Esterel Mountains in the background.

Parallel to La Croisette, Rue d’Antibes is the real jewel of the shopping in Cannes where the big names of names of ready to wear are located. With method, we walk on one side, and come back on the other.
For a coffee break, we stop at the Barista rue Tesseire, a small perpendicular street to the rue d’Antibes, and there we can taste crazy coffees!!!
