The hamburger (uh sorry hamburgé ) gastronomic to the French, with 100% French products …tome de Savoie cheese, smoke meat (French breeding of meat ). Workshop atmosphere, checkered shirt and urchin cap for staff with a ‘wise’ welcome. Original Hamburgés with good meat and especially with real cheese. A bit expensive, at 12€ for the sandwich.
New in the universe of the Espresso and kitchen utensils. Capsules with 70 grams of coffee (the true Italian dose), machines with 20 bars of pressure (it’s better than most machine brands) all in a classy design in the most Italian way!

A new show-room rue Notre Dame, Mis en Demeure is already present in the gallery of the Gray d’Albion two steps away.
